Holistic Blue Product Recall Policy

If the manufacturer of one or more of our products issues a recall, and we receive the associated details in a timely manner, we intend to make every effort possible to understand and communicate the nature of the product recall, as provided by the manufacturer, in a timely manner to all known affected Holistic Blue customers.

The communication should include:

  • The necessary information for affected customers to take action, as needed, based on the recommendations of the manufacturer associated with the product recall(s).
  • An evaluation of our product line, as needed, based on the reason for the manufacturer’s product recall.
