Subscription Service

We can help you automate the ordering process based on your personal preferences or business needs.

We currently offer 2 subscription options:  weekly or monthly.

It’s flexible, easy to do and it can save you valuable time.

Here are two common examples to consider whether or not this is right for you:

Example 1:

Jenna and her daughter both have very similar allergies that need to be controlled during the warmer months, so she wants to make sure her family has a steady supply of medicines that help relieve the allergy symptoms.

Jenna finds that her family typically uses 12-16 tubes of medicine to address allergies each year, and 2 particular products seem to work the best.

Starting in early March, she would like to start a subscription service that automatically orders 2 tubes of product A and 2 tubes of product B every month.  She will stop the service in December, a time of the year when the allergies are not an issue for her family.

Example 2:

Dr. Andrews is a professional holistic healthcare provider, and he averages about 12 patients per day.  His inventory of homeopathic medicine includes products that are used frequently as well as those that are not.

It’s important that he maintains a steady supply of certain medicines used to treat conditions during office visits.  Additionally, he wants to improve operating efficiencies in the office, so he would like to start a subscription service.

After carefully considering his business needs, he decides to setup auto-ordering for a variety of products that vary by frequency of use.

He chooses a weekly subscription for products A, B, C, D, E and F, which are used daily.

For products G, H, I and J, he chooses the monthly option, since these are used more infrequently.

To get started, you simply need to:

  1. Open an existing account – to create one, use the “Sign-Up” link at the top of the Home page.
  2. Identify which products you want to be automatically ordered.
  3. Determine the quantity to be ordered for each product.
  4. Decide on the order frequency of each product (weekly or monthly).
  5. Place an order with special instructions, or a note, that include the products, quantity and frequency of the subscription.  This note on the order will initiate the subscription, or auto-ordering process.
  6. We will then automatically place future orders on your behalf based on your subscription needs.
  7. Done!
